Rich Simple Syrup .5oz | 22ml
Bourbon 2oz | 60ml
Mint leaves for muddling

Muddle ingredients in julep glass (or whatever you have) without ice first
Add crushed ice to about 3/4 of the way and stir
Add more crushed ice
Garnish with large mint bouquet
