Bourbon or other whiskey 2oz | 60ml
Simple syrup 1/4oz | 15ml
Aromatic Bitters 3 dashes

Combine ingredients in old fashioned/lowball glass. Add ice and stir for around 60 seconds. Garnish with orange peel.

// Margarita (Tommy's)
Tequila Blanco 2oz | 60ml
Lime Juice 1oz | 30ml
Simple Syrup 1oz | 30ml

Shake with ice, dump into glass of choice, garnish with lime wheel

// Dark & Stormy
Dark Rum 2oz | 60ml
Lime Juice 1/2oz | 15ml (optional)
Ginger Beer ~4oz | 120ml

Build in highball glass with pebble ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
