The Most Deluxe Old Fashioned Yet

// Scotch Maple Old Fashioned
60 ml (2 oz) Scotch whisky
7.5 ml (0.25 oz) maple syrup
2–3 dashes bitters

Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir ~60 seconds. Pour over large cube into old fashioned glass. Garnish with citrus peel.
