The Only Two Christmas Cocktails You Need

// Elk's Own
2oz (60ml) Rye or Bourbon
3/4oz (22ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4oz (22ml) Ruby Port Wine
3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
1 Egg White
1 Sprig Rosemary for garnish
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake for ~20 seconds. Strain into smaller part of tin and discard ice. Shake again (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass (or whatever you have). Garnish with sprig rosemary.

3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
