The Best Old Fashioned Riff

Mezcal is my favorite spirit. I know that sounds trendy, but when I went on a pelenque tour in Oaxca in 2017 I fell in love. As they say "You don't find Mezcal, it finds you" - And since then I've enjoyed using it in every cocktail I can. So today we're making one of my favorite uses of Mezcal in the Oaxacan Old Fashioned. 1/4oz (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters (angostura)
2 dashes orange bitters
