Nothing Beats this Sour

// Whiskey Sour
1 Egg White
2oz (60ml) Bourbon or Rye
.75oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
.75oz (22.ml) Simple Syrup

Shake with ice, remove ice and shake again (dry shake), fine strain into coupe glass
Optional: add drops of bitters and use a toothpick to shape them into hearts
