No One Can Resist This Margarita Recipe!
This is the drink that inspired me to make this channel. After thousands of iterations I feel I finally perfected the margarita and was able to keep it super simple to make. Of course, this is just the start and there are infinite ways you can take this drink and make it your own. Enjoy dads!

1oz (30ml) Blanco Tequila
1oz (30ml) Mezcal (Espadin Joven)
1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
6 dashes orange bitters
Add all ingredients to shaker
Add ice to shaker
Shake for 20 to 30 seconds
Dump into glass
Add lime peel for garnish

The Margarita’s true origin is a bit of a mystery, but most stories trace it back to Mexico in the 1930s or ’40s. Some say bartender Carlos “Danny” Herrera created it for a showgirl who could only drink tequila, while others credit socialite Margarita Sames, who mixed one up for friends in Acapulco. Another theory is that it evolved from the classic Daisy cocktail—fitting, since margarita means “daisy” in Spanish.
