My Wife's Favorite Drink (Bramble)
This is easily my wife's favorite cocktail and in this video I show you 3 different ways I like to make it. It's refreshing, delicious, and easy to make. Enjoy!

// My Recipe
2oz (60ml) Bourbon
1oz (30ml) Lemon Juice
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
3 pieces of fruit (blackberry, strawberry, raspberry etc)
Add all ingredients to shaker tin
Muddle fruit
Add ice
Shake until frost appears on shaker tin
Double strain over low ball glass filled with pebble ice
Garnish with fruit and lemon peel

The Bramble was invented in London in the mid-1980s by acclaimed British bartender Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in Soho. Inspired by childhood blackberry-picking on the Isle of Wight, he created a gin sour laced with crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur) and served over crushed ice — today it stands as a “modern classic”.
