My Favorite Fall Cocktail! (Clover Club)
When it comes to fall and winter cocktails you are usually talking something direct and spirit forward. For today's cocktail, one of my favorites, you follow a more citrus and refreshing cocktail recipe with one twist that turns it into the perfect cold weather drink.

// My Recipe
2oz (60ml) Gin
1oz (30ml) Lemon Juice
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
1 egg white
3 raspberries
Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle raspberries
Add ice to shaker
Shake for 20 to 30 seconds
Strain out ice and shake again (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white
Strain into the fanciest coup style glass you have
Garnish with lemon peel and raspberry

This delightfully fragrant gin sour variation was the house drink of the Clover Club, an organization that met in Philadelphia’s Bellevue Straford Hotel bar from the Early 1800's right up until the start of the first world war.
