2oz (60ml) Mezcal (Espadin)
1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Muddle pineapple, fresh if you can get it

Add ice, give it a good shake, strain into margarita style glass with pebble ice
