Mexico's National Drink

// Paloma (Fancy)
2oz (60 ml) Blanco Tequila
3/4oz (22 ml) Lime Juice
1oz (30 ml) Grapefruit Juice
3/4oz (22 ml) Simple Syrup
1-3oz (30-90 ml) Sparkling Water
Grapefruit Wedge for Garnish

Mix in highball glass, top off with soda

2oz (60 ml) Blanco Tequila
1/2oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
Pinch of salt (optional)
5-6 oz (~150-180 ml) Squirt (or other grapefruit soda)
Grapefruit slice or lime wheel for garnish

Mix in highball glass, top off with soda
