A Better Looking Whiskey Sour

I can't believe this is possible, but yes, there is a way to improve on the whiskey sour, or at least the appearance. For me this drink is all about New Years Eve given the taste and the look. Join the club at https://thecocktialdad.com and don't miss a video

// New York Sour
1 Egg White
1.5oz (45ml) Bourbon
.75oz (22.5ml) Lemon
.75oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients to boston shaker with ice. Shake vigeriously. Strain drink into smaller cup of tin and discard ice. Shake again to emulsify the egg white.

Strain into fancy glass. Pour .5oz (15ml) over back of bar spoon to float. Spin glass slightly to spread wine around.
